The 10th prime ministers' meeting of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) opened on Monday.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and government leaders from other SCO member states are to review the organization's development and cooperation over the past year and make working plans for the SCO's next phase of development.
