Peruvian president to attend APEC meeting

Peruvian President Ollanta Humala Tasso will pay a working visit to China and attend the 22nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting in Beijing from Nov. 10 to 13, a Foreign Ministry spokesman announced Tuesday.

Humala is making the visit at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, spokesman Qin Gang said.
