In preparation for the upcoming ninth BRICS Summit in Xiamen, the BRICS Seminar on Governance, hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and co-organized by Chinese Academy of Governance and China International Publishing Group, will be held in Quanzhou City, south China's Fujian Province from August 17 to 18.

With a theme of "Openness, Inclusiveness, Mutual Benefit and Win-win: Working Together to Build a Community of Shared Future for Mankind," the seminar includes keynote speeches and three parallel meetings. The following is the agenda of the seminar.

9:00-12:00, August 17: Opening ceremony

15:00-18:00, August 17: Parallel meeting

18:30-21:30, August 17: Welcome dinner, local intangible cultural heritage performance

9:00-11:00, August 18: Parallel meeting

11:20-13:00, August 18: Signing ceremony, closing luncheon

14:30-18:00, August 18: Foreign guests' visit

August 19: Departure
