Talent show contestant and You Tube sensation Susan Boyle's debut album, I Dreamed A Dream, will hit store shelves today in the mainland. Hunan TV Station has also invited the 48-year-old Scottish singer to join this year's Spring Festival show, but Boyle has not yet confirmed her participation.

Twelve tracks of the album, such as Wild Horses, Cry Me A River, The End of the World and You'll See, prove that Boyle has successfully transformed from talent show star to first-class recording artist. Although the singer came in second on Britain's Got Talent, her album has topped the charts, with more than 410,000 copies sold since its release on Nov 23 in the UK. The album also sold more than 700,000 copies in the United States during its first week. According to the record company, Sony BMG, I Dreamed A Dream is the fastest-selling debut in British history and it has already reached No 1 in Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.
