The Rolling Stone Bacardi party is one of the biggest tickets in town held on the eve of the big event.

Rolling Stone magazine hosted some of Hollywood's favorite celebrities at Crane Bay in downtown Indianapolis.

Twilight star Nikki Reed says she is excited to be a part of the festivities.

"It is really an honor to be here, I could not believe I was invited tonight, first of all I have never been to the Super Bowl so that alone is very exciting but also just sort of like the company that I am here with and all of the people and what this event brings together is really exciting to be a part of," said Reed

Celebrity partygoers including Pete Wentz and true blood's Joe Manganiello were treated to performances by LMFAO and Gym Class Heroes.

The Super Bowl is now underway and the much anticipated half-time show is set to impress.

Madonna will headline the act with Nicki Minaj, M.I.A and LMFAO also making appearances.

And of course it wouldn't be the Super Bowl without the much hyped Super Bowl commercials.

This year companies such as Audi, Cadillac and Doritos have forked out as much as 3.5 million dollars for a 30 second slot.
