Taiwan pop diva Amei has performed in Hong Kong to a packed out crowd at the city's Coliseum.

The 39-year-old performed two concerts over the week-end with the 12,000 strong crowd singing along to some of her biggest hits such as "Giving Up Everything For You", "Sisters", and "Listen to the Sea."

Amei says the only glitch was working out which way was which on the 360 degree stage.

"I have such bad sense of direction. So on this stage, a lot of times I wasn't sure which side is which. Someone always reminds me saying, 'go left or go right'. Sometimes I get confused, so I was really nervous," said Amei.

Since kicking off the "AmeiZing Live World Tour" on the mainland in September last year, Amei has been on the road and performed at various cities in China, as well as Singapore, Taipei, and Kuala Lumpur.

She also performed in Atlantic City in the US and at London's O2 arena, following in the footsteps of Hong Kong singer Eason Chan who became the first Chinese artist to sing there earlier this year.
