44-year-old Faye Wong divorced actor Li Yapeng last Friday in Urumqi, capital of the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. They had been married for eight years. Li has been awarded custody of the couple's 6-year-old daughter.

Faye Wong posted a microblog before she headed to the divorce, which had provoked a huge wave in the showbiz circle. Hundreds of entertainment reporters rushed to the airport in Beijing to take photos of the former singer queen.

The online video shows that Tencent reporters' car chased Wong's, shoulder to shoulder, to take close shots of the divorced singer. Faye Wong wore a white mask to cover her face. Multiple reporters snapped the singer when the car stopped on the road and in front of the singer's gated community.

Many Chinese netizens criticized the media's behavior, saying that it was very dangerous to do this and questioned whether or not these were real journalists.
