It's been confirmed that South Korean actor Kim Soo Hyun will sing the theme song at the opening ceremony of the 2014 Youth Olympics in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province.
Kim attended the final rehearsal for the ceremony on Thursday, shortly after being spotted in Nanjing's international airport.
The director of the ceremony also confirmed that Kim will be on stage together with three other pop stars on Saturday, including Zhang Liangying, Zhangjie and a female performer from Russia.
Kim's appearance last night at the sports event attracted many fans as Kim has established a large fan base across Asia, thanks to his role in the very popular Korean soap "My Love from the Star".
The theme of the upcoming Youth Olympics is "Dianliang Weilai", or "Light Up to Meet the Future".
The Games officially begin on Saturday and run through Aug 28.
