"Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence is making noise on the UK's Singles Chart.

Lawrence's song, "The Hanging Tree," which appears on the soundtrack to the "Hunger Games" movie series' most-recent instalment, "Mockingjay - Part 1," charted at 29 in the UK last week.

The song is a somber tune sang by Lawrence as her "Hunger Games" character, Katniss Everdeen, whose father had sang it to her before he died in the story.

The song was composed by musician James Newton Howard and folk rock band The Lumineers, with the lyrics penned by author of the "Hunger Games" novels, Suzanne Collins.

Lawrence said in a previous interview that she wasn't a big fan of singing professionally. But with ears in the UK perking up to her vocals, the newfound success might change her mind.
