A comedy film "Chinese Running Man," or Ben-Pao-Ba-Xiong-Di (奔跑吧兄弟) in Chinese, has recently attracted netizens with an interesting theme song, before it even landed in cinemas this coming weekend.

The theme song, which shares the same title with the film, has been released at a promotional press conference for the film.

Renowned music composer Dong Dongdong (董冬冬) was there, translating how he and his wife, Chen Xi, chose the Chopstick Brothers to sing the theme song they produced for the film.

"Since the name of the song is Ben-Pao-Ba-Xiong-Di, I planned to find a pop duo who had better be brothers, and 'Chopsticks Brothers' came first to my mind. Their songs are all happy, especially hot hit 'Little Apple' which they performed last year."

A film scheduled to greet the Chinese holiday, Ben-Pao-Ba-Xiong-Di will hit the big screen this Friday.

The film Ben-Pao-Ba-Xiong-Di is based on a Chinese variety show broadcast on Zhejiang Television. In the program, everyone should keep running in a race.

Its main cast includes Hong Kong-based model-actress Angela Baby, popular Chinese actor Wang Baoqiang and Zheng Kai.
