Founder and CEO of e-commerce giant JD.com Liu Qiangdong and Zhang Zetian have obtained their marriage certificates in Beijing.

Deputy executive of JD.com Xu Lei confirmed the news on Sina Weibo account.

Zhang and Liu met during their student days in the United States.

The couple have been in a relationship since April of last year.

Zhang, who first known to the public as an internet celebrity, was the host of an online quiz show in January.
