Taiwan pop star Rainie Yang has released a brand new album called 'Nian Lun Shuo.'

Marking her return to the music world two years after her last release, the new album is centered on the theme of time.

The lead track shares the same name as the album. Nian Lun Shuo can be literally translated into 'Traces of Time in Love' in English.

During her promotion in Beijing, the 32-year-old singer said the song was written by her best friend, Sodagreen vocalist Wu Tsing Feng, as a commemoration of her growth.

"Wu Tsing Feng wrote the song 'Nian Lun Shuo', which perfectly matches my new album's theme. In my views, music is also a way of telling stories. My new album well represents my ideal about music and is also hoped to strengthen my connection with fans and friends alike."

Rising to fame as member of Taiwan girl group 4 in Love, 'Nian Lun Shuo' is the singer's tenth solo album.
