The exhibition hall highlights the characteristics of Mongolian traditional medicine and therapy. Visitors can experience the Mongolian "three diagnostic methods” with the aid of multimedia, and can learn more about internationally renowned medical practices, such as traditional orthopedic surgery and fermented horse milk therapy, with the use of sound and light technology.

On the other side of the second floor, visitors can wander around the "Charm of the Sea" exhibition hall and immerse themselves in marine life. The Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Museum is the first museum of its kind to display objects with the use of virtual reality technology.

"Though Inner Mongolia is landlocked, we attempt to display the most vibrant parts of the oceans for the locals," Duan said.

On the top floor is the robot exhibition hall, which is the largest in China. It boasts 44 robots, the tallest one of which stands at three meters. Each robot has a unique talent, such as playing chess, drawing, singing and even presenting a hada to the visitors. Visitors are able to fully interact with these robots.
