Spring Festival offers a chance for the Chinese to get together and have fun. Nowadays however, more people choose to travel abroad around the festival period.

"People in modern society have much pressure in work and life. They make Spring Festival a time of choice to relax. Recreation and reunion are themes of the festival. So people need to think about travelling with their parents, while some people think they should spare part of the holiday to stay with the elderly. After all, this is the responsibility of young people."
