近日，有网民爆料称，上海市浦东新区副区长陆鸣在崇明县向化镇阜康村一块集体土地上建起豪华别墅，占地4亩许，住房面积2600平方米。对此，上海市纠正行业不正之风办公室回应称，其家庭在自家宅基地上的所建房屋主楼建筑面积为246.88平方米，辅助平房建筑面积为63.04平方米。
A recent Internet post claimed Lu Ming, deputy head of the Pudong New District government, owned a large house on 2,000 square meters of land. An initial probe showed the main building of Lu had a floor area of 247 square meters with a 63-square-meter affiliated one-story house, said a Shanghai discipline inspection source.
