China is making amendments to the regulations for overseas financing and listing of domestic incorporated companies.
China is revising regulations concerning overseas listings of domestic enterprises.
Vice Director of the International Department of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Han Ping made the announcement at Friday's China Investment Policy Seminar in Hong Kong.
He says the commission is making amendments to the regulations for overseas financing and listing of domestic incorporated companies.
He adds China will continue supporting overseas financing of domestic enterprises in line with the principle of a market economy, and in order to respect companies' free choice.
