Chongqing Chang'an Automobile Co., which has A and B shares listed in Shenzhen, said it had no plan for an overseas listing, denying a Monday report by the Financial Times that China's fifth-largest carmaker was preparing to list shares in overseas markets to boost its business.
A company public relations official said neither its parent company, Chang'an Automobile Group, nor itself had plans to list overseas.
