Hong Kong singing and acting superstar Andy Lau kicked off his Chinese mainland tour with a high-energy show on Saturday night in Hohhot, the capital city of the northern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

The tour is to promote Lau's latest Mandarin-language album "Miracle World."

Lau is planning to stop in another 14 cities during his mainland tour, including Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.

Andy Lau performs in Hohhot on Saturday, September 1, 2007, the first city of his 15-city Chinese mainland tour.
