Chinese crossover entertainer Vicki Zhao, who just returned to
Beijing from the Chinese Film Exhibition in Tokyo, continues to add
to her portfolio a richer singing career.
At a press conference on Monday celebrating the release of her
seventh album "Angel's Suitcase," Vicki Zhao said she herself had
been heavily involved in producing the album, calling it her best
music offering.
Also, behind the album is a production team including top
Chinese musicians such as Li Quan and new-comer artists.
Earlier this month, Vicki Zhao and Japanese actor Masahiro
Motoki showed up at the 2007 Chinese Film Exhibition held in Tokyo,
promoting their film "The Longest Night in Shanghai."
Vicki Zhao earned the "most attractive actress" prize for her
role in the film at this year's Shanghai International Film
Festival in June.
