Chinese mainland actress and singer, Vicki Zhao Wei, has been appointed as new image ambassador for MarieFrance Bodyline, an international body shaping center. She took part in a promotion campaign for the center in the eastern China metropolitan city of Shanghai on Friday.

The large-scale outdoor campaign has drawn huge crowds of Vicki Zhao's loyal fans who were delighted to see Vicki's new sculptured look that she achieved through weight loss.

Vicki also happily shared her weight loss experiences with her fans and the media, saying that because of this painless body building method, she is now quite pleased with her slimmer figure. She added, she will take good care of herself in the future, and stay in top shape for her work and life.

Vicki revealed that she will soon star in the film An Epic of a Woman which will begin shooting on April 15th. Next month, she will also be busy promoting Hong Kong director John Woo's film "Battle of the Red Cliff" in which she plays a supporting role.
