Hong Kong has confirmed 333 cases of Influenza A/H1N1 in the 24 hours to 02:30 p.m. Wednesday, bringing the total number of the cases to 10,089, Hong Kong health authorities said.
The new cases involved 176 males and 157 females, aged between five months and 93 years old, said a spokesman from the Center of Health Protection of Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong's Hospital Authority said that currently, a total of 100 confirmed cases are staying in public hospitals for treatment. Among them, 84 cases are in stable condition, five in serious and 11 in critical condition.
