The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has issued two kinds of sheetlet stamps marking the Year of DPRK-China Friendship, the official KCNA news said on Tuesday.
Printed on the upper parts of the sheetlets are the national flags of the two counties and the words of "Year of DPRK-China Friendship" in Korean and Chinese.
One sheetlet carries stamps of the top leaders of the two countries meeting with each other, and the other carries stamps symbolizing friendship between the two peoples.
China and the DPRK have agreed to set 2009, the 60th anniversary of the the establishment of China-DPRK diplomatic relations, as the Year of Friendship between the two countries.
