例如,2010年2月5日,中国外交部长杨洁篪出席了在慕尼黑举行的安全政策会议并发表题为《变化中的中国与世界》的讲话,其中有这样一句话:“……只有利益共享、责任共担、互利共赢,才最符合自己和别国的利益。”
