Money is the top conversation killer for millions of people who say it is the subject they are least happy to discuss with friends and colleagues, a survey found, and the Daily Mail reported.

Almost two-thirds of people are reluctant to share details of personal finances, salaries and pensions with people they know.

Asked why finance is such a secretive subject, three quarters of those questioned said it was simply a topic that should not be discussed with friends and work colleagues.

朋友聊天不要谈钱

       英国《每日邮报》消息，一项调查发现，对我们大多数人来说，朋友或同事间聊天最不喜欢谈论的话题就是钱。

       大约三分之二的人都不愿跟认识的人谈个人理财状况、收入或有多少养老金。

       被问及为什么钱是一个敏感的话题时，四分之三的人认为没有什么理由，就是不喜欢与朋友同事谈这个问题。

       十分之一的人说，他们的另一半不希望他们与朋友谈论家里的经济状况。
