Wen Tao and his wife share an apartment with another couple of former classmates in Yongtaizhuang, Haidian District. The two couples rent a two-bedroom flat together. Wen and his wife spend 3,200 yuan on the house. Wen said he prefers the bigger real estate agencies to find houses. He’s now quite happy with the living conditions and the couple is expecting a baby.
