Chelsea have completed the signing of Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa on a five-year contract.

Liverpool have confirmed the signing of 20-year-old Serbian international Lazar Markovic from Benfica.

Uruguay international striker Luis Suarez is in Barcelona to complete his transfer from Liverpool.

Suarez will finalise his switch to the Nou Camp for a fee believed to be in the region of £70m.

Antonio Conte and Juventus part ways

Juventus have announced that coach Antonio Conte has parted company with the Serie A champions.

The 44-year-old was linked with Monaco last season and there has already been speculation that he could now be poised to take over from Cesare Prandelli as Italy coach.

Bayern confirm Kroos-to-Real Madrid talks

Bayern Munich have confirmed that Toni Kroos will be sold for the right price and that Real Madrid are in transfer talks.

Kroos, 24, is in the final year of his contract at Bayern Munich, and has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga giants ever since refusing to prolong his contract in January. He reportedly was unhappy with Bayern's offer and did not feel the club honoured his status.

Besiktas closing on Ba deal

Chelsea striker Demba Ba is joining Besiktas for £8million.

The Turkish side denied talks were advanced on Tuesday but have reached a compromise over the fee with Chelsea and hope to finalise the move on Wednesday.

Man United target Dortmund duo?

Manchester United's new coach Louis van Gaal is reportedly hoping to sign Germany stars Mats Hummels and Marco Reus from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.
