China ended their recent losing streak with a 6-0 victory over Vietnam in a tune-up match for the upcoming FIFA Women's World Cup at the renovated Hongkou Stadium in Shanghai on Thursday.

"I'm very happy with six goals, it's important to win this game. Now we are playing with more stable football." said China coach Marika Domanski after the game.

"China did well today. We played great attacking football and the process is good. But after all Vietnam is not a World Cup team."

"It's a good match today, but you can see the class on the pitch is different." said Vietnam boss Ngo Le Bang.

After the 2-0 loss to the United States in June and the two consecutive defeats to Australia in the past seven days, China burst out before a weak Vietnamese side.

Striker Han Duan tapped in a fine low cross from Xie Caixia in the 19th minute, which was the only goal in the first half.

The all-round forward added two more on her scoring table after the interval to get her hat-trick

Midfielder Pan Li'na contributed two goals in the second half, and substitute Li Dongna made the sixth to seal the victory.

China still have two warm-up matches before the World Cup. They will play England on August 26 in Macao, China, and take on Hungary on September 5 in Wuhan.
