Beijing, one of the 'Top 10 skyscraper cities in China' by China.org.cn.

China World Trade Center Tower III [hexun.com] 
Completed in 2009, China World Trade Center Tower III (北京国际贸易第三期) is a supertall located in the central business district of Chaoyang, Beijing. The 330-m, 74-story building is the third phase of the China World Trade Center complex. Currently, it's the top dog of the 13 skyscrapers owned by Beijing.
