Beyoncé Knowles knows how to "Run the World." In June her latest studio CD, 4, debuted as No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts, and she recently announced her pregnancy. Never satisfied, the former Destiny's Child lead singer said in a Billboard interview, "I feel like my job in the industry is to push the limits, and I have to constantly evolve." She also said recently she wants to start a label and sign boy bands. Forbes magazine recently selected Knowles as one of the world's 100 most powerful women.
