Fujian's first Travel E-Commerce Center, Fujian CTS Group's e-commerce center, has been formally put into operation.

The center has three application systems including a travel e-commerce platform and portal, fjctsgroup.com, a call center number 968877, and consumption management. It is an information system for online search, consultation, business, complaint handling, and online return visits.

The chairman of Fujian CTS Group states that this online marketing and service system enables customers to search and book tourist products and pay for them from home, which is quite convenient.

It is also learned that China Travel Service Fujian's first college student service outlet has also opened. CTS plans to open 100 chained service outlets in Fujian province in three years.
