This Chinese classic car museum, located in Yangsong Town of Huairou District, is a privately-owned museum. The host of the museum, Mr. Luo Wentao, once was a driver in the 1970s. However, to make his childhood car dream come true, Luo put all his money into classic car collection without any hesitation since 1983. Luo's classic car collection career started with an Old Shanghai Car worth 20 thousand yuan, and then he spent 10 million yuan on a deserted workshop, which developed into the classic car museum containing more than 160 classic cars. Besides many precious Chinese classic cars, such as Beijing "The East is Red" brand car, the first generation of 210 military off-road vehicle, the "Shanghai" brand ceremonial car, the first generation of Shanghai "Phoenix" brand car, FAW (First Automobile Works) production of "Red Flag" brand ceremonial car, the first generation of "Red Flag" sedan and Red Flag car series, Luo's museum also exhibits American Dodge, Germany Mercedes-Benz, French Citro?n, English Morris, and some classic cars of the former Soviet Union. Some collection materials are scarce domestic and international brands, which record the history of the Chinese automobile industry and the world's cars.
