Beijing No.4 Middle School is arranging an exploration trip for some of its students to Antarctica next January, the Beijing Times reported.

The school says the project aims to bring its students closer to the nature and provide the opportunity for field research on natural science. But some parents say the 98,000 yuan price tag makes the trip affordable to only a few.
