Qinghai Yushu Horse Racing Festival is held during July 25 –October 1 every year in Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. This period of time witnesses Jiegu Grassland an unimpeded sweep of meadows with blooming flowers, charming and bright. Singing and dancing will be held in flat and lush grassland, with people surrounding a circle. Tibetan people will be dressed in colorful ethnic clothing, participating in horse racing, yak racing, Tibetan wrestling, equestrian, archery, shooting, ethnic songs and dances, Tibetan dress show and other activities revealing national characteristics.
