Located in front of the New Hall of the Mianyang Museum, Xianren Bridge, 4 km northeast of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, Pingyang Mansion Master's Towers (平阳府君阙) were built between 190 and 195 in the Eastern Han Dynasty. The north tower is 4.35 meters tall and the south tower is 3.5 meters tall. The two towers are 26.19 meters from each other.

The towers are constructed in imitation timberwork style, and there are six layers of square stones piled on top of each other. Each tower has a sub tower and the construction of the sub tower is similar to the main tower. The four horn carvings on the front of the construction are in the shape of four animals: blue dragon, white tiger, red bird (phoenix) and black tortoise. There are also carvings of hunting scenes, which are vivid and striking.
