This restaurant has borrowed the name "mizongquan" from Master Huo, a famous boxer during the early Republic of China period in Guangdong. The name literally means to learn others' strengths and make use of them. "Mizongcai" is one kind of creative dish on offer at the restaurant, belonging to the improved version of Sichuan cuisine whilst also adding elements of many other cuisines.
