Films are the best promotion for books. Riding a wave of cinematic fever are the Harry Potter series. The films and books have enjoyed tremendous popularity in their respective medium for almost ten years. More examples are the Da Vinci Code, and Lord of the Rings.

The success of the film could also be attributed to the book. The Film production of Letter From an Unknown Woman, a novella by Stefan Zweig, has saved the work from oblivion.
