Singaporean deputy PM to visit China

Singaporean Deputy Prime Minister Wong Kan Seng will be in China for several meetings from July 22 to 24, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said Monday.

Wong will co-chair three meetings with Chinese Vice-Premier Wang Qishan during his China tour, Qin said in a press release.

The meetings include one on China-Singapore cooperation and another two concerning Suzhou Industry Park and the Tianjin Eco-City project, which were both jointly developed by China and Singapore.
