Iran detains seven U.S. troops who were trying to enter the country from Pakistani borders, the Raja News website reported on Sunday.
Recently some U.S. troops who intend to enter Iran from its southern borders were arrested by the border guards, said the website.
Reportedly, seven U.S. troops and their two Iranian companions who intend to enter the Islamic Republic from Koohak bordering area in Pakistani border, located in Iran's Sistan-Baluchestan province, were arrested by Iranian border guards, the Raja News said.
It is reported that two Iranians accompanying the U.S. troops have managed to escape, added Raja News.
