Cameroonian President Paul Biya arrived in Beijing Wednesday afternoon, kicking off a three-day state visit to China.
During his visit, Chinese President Hu Jintao will hold talks with him; top legislator Wu Bangguo and Premier Wen Jiabao will meet with him respectively. Biya is also scheduled to visit northern port city of Tianjin.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
Biya became Cameroonian President in 1982. This is his fifth visit to China since he took office.
