Li Changchun, a member of China's top leadership, will pay official good-will visits to Britain, Canada, Colombia, and Indonesia this month, it was announced on Thursday.

Spokesperson Huang Huaguang for the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee made the announcement in Beijing.

Li, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, has been invited by the British and Canadian governments, Colombia's government and its ruling Social Party of National Unity, and Indonesia's House of Representatives, respectively, Huang said.
