Premier Wen congratulates new Myanmar PM

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao sent a congratulatory message on Thursday to Myanmar's new Prime Minister Thein Sein. 

Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan also sent a congratulatory message on Thursday to Thiha Thura Tin Aung Myint Oo, newly-appointed first secretary of the Myanmar State Peace and Development Council (SPDC).
