Shanghai Spring International Music Festival

The Shanghai Spring International Music Festival was first held in 2001-- in Shanghai. The annual festival includes performances by new talent, a national radio DJ contest, an international academic seminar, an award ceremony for the top 10 songs on the Oriental List and an international expo of numerous music and video products. The festival additionally hosts the Golden Chime Award for its competing programs. The year 2013 witnessed the festival's 29th edition.
