Liu Zhongfu

Born in 1942, he has been working in arts education for many years. When he was young, he damaged his right hand in a traffic accident. Through unremitting efforts, he specializes in painting, calligraphy, and seal cutting, and is able to work with both hands. He is a member of the council of the Chinese Painter Calligrapher Association and a member of the China Association of Collectors.
