Grande opened her much-anticipated performance with "Be Alright". Being overwhelmed by the moment, she thanked her fans.

"I love you guys so much, and I think the kind of unity you're displaying is the medicine the word needs right now…"

The "One Love Manchester" benefit concert also features performances by Justin Bieber, Coldplay, The Black Eyed Peas, Oasis, Katy Perry and several other A-list stars.

The all-star benefit gig aims to raise funds for those who were injured and the relatives of those who died in the attack.

The 23-year-old singer on Saturday visited Royal Manchester Children's Hospital to meet fans recovering from the bombing.
