China to put more funds to support SMEs

The central government will allocate 9.6 billion yuan (US$1.41 billion) to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The figure was 3.9 billion yuan last year. The government will continue to encourage technology innovation and give tax exemption to SMEs.
