Manchester United's hopes of landing Cesc Fabregas get boosted as the Barcelona midfielder is sweating on his Nou Camp future under new boss Gerardo Martino.
It is reported Fabregas has told his friends in England that he would welcome a move to Old Trafford if he doesn't get regular football under Martino.
The Premier League champions have seen their first two bids for the 27-year-old, with the latest one understood to be in the region of £30m turned down.
But the fact that Fabregas has told friends in England that he wants out of the Nou Camp could finally give United the impetus they need.
United are determined to continue their pursuit and will go as far as £35m.
