Sport: Table Tennis

Ding Ning, who began her table tennis training at the age of six, is now a top player in the world. Ding, the youngest in the Chinese table tennis squad for the London Olympics, won the women's singles gold in the 2011 World Championships as well as in that year's World Cup.

Ding has been No. 1 on the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) rankings since November 2011. She features an excellent playing technique and strong mental game. Ding will achieve a career grand slam in singles if she wins the upcoming Olympic gold.
