As of 2008, the city of Qingtongxia has integrated the scattered travel resources along the Yellow River in Ningxia to form a new cultural and tourism chain, including the Yellow River Tower, the Yellow River Altar, the Yellow River Canyon, the Yellow River Dock, Qingtong Ancient Town, the Water Museum, and 108 Pagodas.
