Even an egg for breakfast was a dream for most pupils in remote mountain areas of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The dream has come true since the region launched a nutritious breakfast project to provide one boiled egg for free to each public school child in the southern and middle part of Ningxia in September 2010.
