The Ningxia Workstation for Agricultural Microbiology and four other scientific workstations for academicians have been opened in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, expanding the number of the regional workstations to 17, the local department of science and technology said.

The Agricultural Microbiology workstation is located at the Ningxia Nordmann Biotechnology Corp., the region's first small private enterprise to accommodate one of the research centers.
